Senior Software Developer (Java/ReactJS)

Need a Senior Software Developer, who has 7+ years of experience in Java and ReactJS.
This role is central to designing, developing, and delivering robust, full-stack software solutions using Java and ReactJS.
Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand and translate their needs into technical solutions.
Within an agile environment, this position leads architectural discussions, crafts comprehensive documentation, and ensures alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
Additionally, this role offers the chance to mentor junior team members and contribute actively to the strategic technical direction of our projects.

Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in backend frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Micronaut).
Proficiency in frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with database technologies, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Good understanding of unit and integration testing, with a focus on ensuring code quality and reliability.
Familiarity with agile software development practices.
